If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in the same condition you recieved it, within 3 weeks of delivery.
Warranty
We use quality German made, RoHS approved, quartz mechanisms that come with a twelve month guaranty. If you experience any problems with your clock within this time frame please get in touch so we can organise a replacement part.
